I’m Chef Ali, the heart behind The Rice Lady Catering.
Born with Puerto Rican roots and raised on flavor, faith, and family, I’ve been cooking for over 30 years — and serving the Saint Lucie County area for nearly 15. Food isn’t just my passion — it’s how I speak love into the world.
Every dish I serve is seasoned with my soul. Whether it’s arroz con gandules, fried chicken, or penne alla vodka, I put the same love and attention into it as I would for my own family — and trust me, with five daughters and a wonderful husband, I know how to cook with heart.
I’ve built my business on celebration — of life, of culture, of connection. From weddings to backyard picnics, I bring more than food… I bring the flavor, the flair, and the feeling.
Three decades of flavor.
Nearly 15 years serving Saint Lucie County like family.
At The Rice Lady Catering, flavor isn’t guessed — it’s inherited.
We infuse every dish with authentic Puerto Rican, Caribbean, and soulful roots, blending old-school tradition with bold new energy.
Our seasonings don’t come from a bottle — they come from memory, music, and wella’s kitchen.
This is more than food. This is a cultural celebration in every bite.
Our authentic offerings are made with the freshest ingredients to give you the fullest flavors.
